The Management of Mario Runco & Figlio Srl considers the principles of its Quality Policy fundamental to its operations, understood as a set of general guidelines and objectives relating to the quality to aim for in relation to both external and internal needs: the Quality of services, the full satisfaction of customers' needs and the systematic compliance with the legal requirements in force at every stage of the service delivery.

Quality management

The Quality Management System, in accordance with the provisions of the Uni EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, is the tool used by the Company to ensure the constant application of the aforementioned principles and for the implementation of this Policy. To this end, the Management of Mario Runco & Figlio Srl implements a continuous improvement program with the following purposes:

  • to provide services that fully satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers and all interested parties, in compliance with the laws and regulations in force;
  • to identify and continuously monitor the needs and expectations of customers;
  • to monitor their internal processes in order to guarantee the continuous efficiency and effectiveness of the same;
  • to minimize and continuously monitor the quantity and causes of Non-Conformity;
  • to increase the competence and overall efficiency of the Organization;
  • to support the involvement and accountability of human resources and its suppliers;
  • to promote sharing and support throughout the Organization for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System;
  • to ensure effective and efficient internal and external communication.

General objectives

The general objectives for the quality that the Management of Mario Runco & Figlio Srl sets for itself are:


  • to apply the Quality Management System and continuously improve its effectiveness;
  • to ensure that the Customer's requirements and expectations are defined and known and are taken into consideration in the development of processes;
  • to keep the level of customer satisfaction at a high level;
  • to provide constant staff training in order to improve both the technical level and the professional and cultural level of human resources;
  • to continually improve the internal organization through the knowledge of its processes and the setting of a series of indicators and objectives, the implementation of internal audits and the appropriate corrective and preventive actions;

Raising the awareness of employees

The Management of Mario Runco & Figlio Srl undertakes to sensitize and involve all the company staff by regularly educating and training them on the company procedures of the Quality Management System. This Quality Policy is communicated and disseminated to all interested parties; its constant level of  adequacy is periodically assessed during the Management Review. This allows us to face the new panorama of the foreign market by developing methodologies and design criteria for all of our services, in order to provide them in competitive terms in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
